We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. For overseas orders we will require a faxed copy of your credit card statement to verify your postal address and card match.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Light parcels are sent First Class or Special Delivery (cost £1.50 to £6.00).
Most parcels (1 - 15kg) are sent Parcelforce (£7.20) for mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland and should arrive 48 hours after posting. These are SIGNED FOR so if possible, please provide a business delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. Parcelforce will leave a card if no-one is at home so you can arrange another delivery or collection. If Parcelforce cannot deliver on three attempts because no one is there to sign for your parcel, there will be an additional charge of £7.20. We will charge this to your card if applicable.
MAINLAND UK POSTAGE CHARGES: Only England & Wales & some of Scotland. Excludes Nthn Ireland, Highlands & Islands.
Under 1kg - Royal Mail first class (should take about 3 days) Cost £1.50 to £6.00 depending on weight.
1kg - 15kg - Parcelforce 48 hours. Cost £ 7.20
Valuable parcels are sent by Special Delivery £5.10/£7.50 or Parcelforce £7.20 depending on value and weight.
